Product Description
Iron oxide desulfurizer is a type of solid desulfurizer that can remove sulfur regardless of the presence of oxygen. Its principle is to chemically adsorb sulfur-containing compounds from waste gas into the small pores of the desulfurizer, changing its chemical composition to purify the gas. When the desulfurizer becomes saturated, meaning it no longer has desulfurization capability, it needs to be regenerated, such as by using steam for stripping regeneration. However, after prolonged use, the activity of the iron oxide desulfurizer will continuously decline, as some impurities may block its small pores, leading to deactivation. Nevertheless, the presence of trace amounts of oxygen in the reaction system can enhance its desulfurization activity and extend its service life. The spent desulfurizer can have its active components recovered.
