Product Description

  Performance characteristics and applications

In the chemical raw material gases derived from oil, coal, and coke (such as shift gas, synthesis gas, water gas, propylene, liquefied gas), COS is the main organic sulfur component, and most synthetic catalysts are often composed of precious metals, which are particularly sensitive to sulfur. Even trace amounts of sulfur in the raw materials can cause catalyst poisoning and deactivation. Typically, hydrolysis catalysts are used in series with H2S desulfurization agents to remove sulfides, but ordinary hydrolysis catalysts are prone to sulfate formation under higher temperature conditions. The T5-06 type anti-sulfation organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst can decompose various organic sulfides such as trace COS and CS in chemical raw material gases at temperatures between 150-250°C.2The hydrolysis rate is greater than 95.0%.
